Asics Women's Trainers Gel-Sonoma 6

The GEL-SONOMA™ 6 running shoe is designed for the great outdoors. Taking inspiration from the trail running family ASICS, this shoe is a versatile version that is practical for trail running, easy hiking and autres outdoor adventures. We also used fewer resources to dye the insole for a more sustainable design approach. This season's goal was to improve the fit of the upper, so we implemented a new fit design that provides better midfoot support and a better heel fit, while the wider toe area allows the toes more room. The synthetic stitching on the overlays is designed to improve durability while helping feet stay in place and prevent them from slipping. Underfoot comfort comes from an AMPLIFOAM™ midsole along the length of the shoe and GEL™ technology cushioning that is placed where runners need the most impact absorption. To increase the smoothness with every step, we included an ORTHOLITE™ insole for excellent comfort. In addition, the multi-directional traction outsole improves grip on a variety of surfaces.
