Washable and reusable fabric masks

What is a cloth mask?

How to choose it well

How to care for a cloth mask?
Wash it after each use, in the machine, following the temperature indicated on the label. Dry it completely before wearing it again. Store clean masks in a closed pouch, separately from those that have been worn.
How many washes?
The number of washes a mask can withstand depends on its fabric and construction: this is indicated by the manufacturer. A mask with stretched, torn, or warped fabric no longer covers properly and should be replaced.
How to wear it properly
Wash your hands before putting it on and after taking it off. Handle it by the ear loops or ties, avoiding contact with the front. Do not wear it under your nose or on your chin: it must cover the nose and mouth.
