Pop your trainers into a delicate bag (or even a pillowcase) and toss them in the washing machine. Choose a gentle cycle with cold water along with your favourite mild detergent. When the cycle is complete, shake out excess water and let them air dry without going through the tumble dryer. Do your shoes need a little extra care? Swap out the laces and insole, and they'll be good as new.
