Place your trainers in a delicates bag (or even a pillowcase) and toss them in the washing machine. Choose a delicate cycle with cold water using your preferred gentle detergent. Once the cycle is finished, shake off any excess water and let them air dry without using the tumble dryer. Do your shoes need a bit more care?
